Puzzle Necklace: Raising Money for Autism

I always enjoy supporting other Moms and families whenever I can via my blog posts - especially when it benefits children. From now until Feb19th, 2016, money will be raised by the purchase of the Puzzled Jewelry necklace from London Drugs locations across BC & Alberta. Moms Patricia James, Keri Kennet, and Debbie Siu have designed this unique necklace to build awareness of Autism - they joined together after the autism diagnosis' that affected each of their little boys.

The proceeds of the Puzzled Jewelry necklace go towards the new Pacific Autism Family Centre (PAFC) which is slated to open in the Summer of 2016. The core purpose is to become a knowledge centre while addressing the support and services required. The Centre will be the hub for research, and collaboration, providing individuals and their families with resources for their lifespan.

"Supporting organizations like the Pacific Autism Family Centre is important to the advancement of research and awareness of Autism across Canada," said Kevin Sorby, London Drugs Retail Operations General Manager. "We would like to encourage our customers in British Columbia and Alberta to support this initiative with Puzzled Jewelry to increase community resources across Canada."

The Puzzle Necklace is 925 sterling silver, and costs $25 + tax.
